Spicy Fish Sticks

Here’s a recipe na patok sa barkada: malutong na fish sticks na may spicy sauce gamit ang Wandah! Sweet Tomato Catsup Mix! Make sure na may pang Round 2 ka, dahil tiyak na bebenta ‘to. Mura na, super yummy pa!

8 (25 g each) pc fish fillets

2 tsp iodized fine salt

1 tsp pepper

1/3 cup all-purpose flour (Magnolia All-Purpose Flour)

2 pc brown eggs (Magnolia Brown Eggs), beaten

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup oil (Magnolia Nutri-Oil)


Spicy Sauce:

1/3 cup margarine (Star Garlic Margarine), melted

1/4 cup hot sauce

1 (25 g) pack Wandah! All Around Sweet Tomato Catsup Mix, mixed with 1/2 cup water until smooth

2 tbsp brown sugar


1. Prepare spicy sauce by combining margarine, hot sauce, catsup mix, sugar, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in a sauce pan. Let simmer for 2 minutes and set aside.

2. Pat dry fish fillets and season with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Coat with flour, eggs and bread crumbs respectively.

3. Fry fish fillets in oil until golden brown. Toss fish in spicy sauce.


Use a combination of one pack of Wandah! All-Around Creamee Mix and Wandah! All-Around Mayo Mix for a refreshing dip.
