Rainy Day Egg Soup

Nandito nanaman ang tag-ulan. Here’s a soup recipe na hahanap-hanapin ng pamilya pag-uwi nila: Rainy Day Egg Soup. Mix in the Wandah! Gravy Mix at i-serve habang mainit. Tiyak na tunaw ang pagod nila, pero hindi ang wallet mo.

Ingredients

4 cups water

1 pc chicken bouillon cube

1 (50g) pc carrot, sliced

1 (20g) pack Wandah! All Around Gravy Mix, mixed with 1/2 cup water until smooth

2 tsp iodized fine salt

1 tsp pepper

2 pc eggs, beaten (Magnolia Brown Eggs)

1 (100g) pc cabbage, shredded

Procedure

1. Boil water, chicken cube and carrot. Add gravy mix and season with salt and pepper.

2. Drop eggs in and stir until eggs are cooked. Add cabbage into the soup and simmer. Serve.
