Pork in Spicy Cheese Sauce

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 – 1/4 tsp iodized fine salt

3/4 tsp pepper

1/4 kg pork kasim (Monterey Pork Kasim), cut into thin 1/2 inch strips

1/2 cup oil (Magnolia Nutri-Oil)

1 (60 g) pc carrot, sliced

1 pc sili labuyo, sliced

2 (12.5 g each) packs Wandah All Around Cheese Mix, mixed with 1/2 cup water until smooth

1/2 cup water


1. Combine cornstarch, 1/4 salt and 1/4 pepper. Dredge pork in cornstarch then fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.

2. In a pan using two tablespoons of leftover oil, sauté carrot and sili for 2 minutes and add pork. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Add cheese sauce and water then cook for another 2 minutes.



You can use hot sauce instead of siling labuyo for more controlled spiciness.
