Garlic Meatballs and Tofu

Garlic Meatballs with Tofu

3 tbsp oil (Magnolia Nutri-Oil)

100 grams tofu, cubed

5 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 kg ground beef (Monterey Ground Beef)

1 pc brown egg, beaten (Magnolia Brown Egg)

1/2 tbsp pepper

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tbsp brown sugar

1 (12.5 g) pack Wandah! All Around Mayo Mix, mixed with 1/4 cup water until smooth


1. In hot oil, fry tofu over medium heat until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.

2. In a bowl, mix garlic, ground beef, egg, pepper, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Form into six meatballs.

3. In the same pan, cook meatballs in hot oil until golden brown. Serve with tofu and mayonnaise.


Chill your meatballs before use to keep its round shape when cooked.
