Fried Tilapia with Calamansi Mayo

Ingredients

5 (200 g each) pc tilapia

1/2 tsp iodized fine salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/3 cup all-purpose flour (Magnolia All-Purpose Flour)

1/3 cup oil (Magnolia Nutri-Oil)

 

For the sauce: 

1 pc calamansi, juiced

1 (12.5 g) pack Wandah! All-Around Mayo Mix, mixed with 1/4 cup water until smooth

Procedure

1. Season tilapia with salt and pepper then coat with flour. Fry both sides in oil over medium heat until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.

2. Mix together calamansi and mayo mix. Serve with fried tilapia.
