Ingredients

4 pc ripe lakatan bananas, sliced horizontally

2 tbsp calamansi juice

2 (10.5 g each) packs Wandah! All Around Creamee Mix, mixed with 1/2 cup water until smooth

1 (20 g) pack 3-in 1 coffee (San Mig Coffee Original 3-in-1), dissolved in 2 tbsp of hot water

2 (40 g each) packs pasencia biscuits (La Pacita Pasencia)

Procedure

1. Drizzle bananas with calamansi juice. Set aside.

2. In a separate bowl, mix cream and coffee. Set aside.

3. In a container, layer 1/2 pack of pasencia, 1/4 bananas, then 2 tbsp of coffee mixture. Repeat layer for the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate or consume immediately.

CHEF’S TIP: 

Bananas are drizzled with acid to avoid browning or oxidation.
